We are looking forward to Grandparents' Day 2025, which will be held on Friday, April 25.

Classes will be held in the following buildings: Baines, Doubleday, the Evans Center, and the Learning Center.
- 8:15-10:00: Registration — Fialkow Lounge, Evans Center
- 8:45-9:10: Assembly — Bartlett Assembly Area, Learning Center
- 9:15-9:40: First Period Class (A)
- 9:45-10:10: Second Period Class (B)
- 10:15-10:40: Third Period Class (C)
- 10:45-11:10: Fourth Period Class (D)
- 11:15-11:40: Fifth Period Class (E)
- 11:45-12:10: Sixth Period Class (F)
- 12:15-12:40: Seventh Period Class (G)
- 12:40: Buffet Lunch — Gibbs Dining Hall
- 1:10: Remarks by Head of School Andrew Chase, Student Presentations, and Music — Gibbs Dining Hall
- 1:30: Refreshments — Fialkow Lounge, Evans Center
- 1:30: Archives Open — Evans Center Basement

Important Notes

PHOTOS: Please be sure to have your photo taken with your grandchild between 8:15 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on the Gates Quad Lawn.

Advancement Office: To make a donation to the Eaglebrook Annual Fund, please visit the Advancement Office in the Lodge.

Eaglebrook Archives (self-guided tour): Eaglebrook proudly opened the school's archives during the Centennial Celebration weekend in June 2022. The archives are located in the basement of the Evans Center. A self-guided tour of the exhibition materials is on display in the foyer of the archives' main entrance. During Grandparents' Day, the Archives will open at 1:30 p.m. for your viewing. For more information, please contact

Golf Carts: If you would like assistance around campus please contact our Security Team at (413) 772-9026.

Sports obligations on Friday and Saturday must be met. Following sports the students may accompany their grandparents to dinner or away for the weekend. The students must return to campus no later than 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 27.
