2025 Commencement Exercises

• How will seating arrangements work?

  Seating for families and guests will be on the sides of the dell next to Little Hundridge, the Head of School's residence. Seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
  
  We ask that everyone remains seated throughout the entire ceremony.

• Where will Commencement be held?

  Commencement is expected to be held in Little Hundridge Dell toward the center of campus unless there is inclement weather.

• Where should I check-in and park?

  The center of campus will be closed from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. All parents/guardians will need to plan accordingly for moving items out of the dorms. 
  
  Upon arrival, please follow the guidance of Eaglebrook School's Safety & Security Officers and Deerfield Police. They will direct you to parking on Memorial Field and provide walking directions to the Little Hundridge Dell for Commencement. There will be golf carts available for those who need assistance.

• Will there be a lunch after the event?

  Yes, a buffet luncheon will be held in Gibbs Dining hall at noon following the Commencement Ceremony.

• Do you have a list of area hotels?

  If you need a place to stay, please visit www.eaglebrook.org/lodging to find a list of hotels in the area.

• What is the best way to get photos?

  A professional photographer will photograph each graduate as they receive their diploma. All attendees must remain at their seats throughout the entire ceremony.

• Can I take my child off campus the night before Commencement?

  Yes, students may check out with the Administrator on Duty and must return to campus by 8:00 p.m. Students may not spend the night off-campus.

• If there is inclement weather, where will Commencement be held?

  Commencement Exercises will be held in the Sports Center in the event of inclement weather.
