Dining at Eaglebrook
The Gibbs Dining Hall in the center of campus feeds the entire school three family-style meals each day and offers an informal brunch on Sunday.
We take our responsibility to feed growing boys seriously, and the staff in the Gibbs Dining Hall prepare hearty and healthy meals that satisfy boys with rumbling stomachs and hollow legs. The menu changes weekly, but always in rotation are fresh, local foods sourced from farms close to campus—and sometimes from our very own vegetable garden. Boys eat at assigned, faculty-led tables, and they also serve as waiters. The tradition of family-style meals help boys develop manners, the ability to carry on a dinner conversation and to clean up after themselves and others.
