Eaglebrook Students Learn CPR and First Aid

Wednesday, September 20, the students of Eaglebrook embarked on a unique and essential educational journey, dedicating their day to mastering CPR and first-aid skills. Instead of their usual classes, these young learners took on a curriculum that could save lives. The day was packed with hands-on activities, including CPR practice, tourniquet making, and learning how to respond to various emergencies, such as hypothermia, heatstroke, and choking incidents. Students additionally gained knowledge on using automated external defibrillators (AEDs) and administering epinephrine in the event of an allergy-related emergency.
