Golf Outing Information
We look forward to seeing you at the 4th Annual Eaglebrook Golf Outing sponsored by the Van Epps Family on Friday, July 18th at the Crumpin-Fox Club in Bernardston, MA.
Schedule:
10:00 a.m. - Registration Opens
10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Silent Auction
11:00 a.m. - Welcome
11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Lunch
12:30 p.m. - Shotgun Start (Format: Scramble)
5:30 p.m. - Dinner

Rules:
- Each player will hit a shot from the tee—blues for men, gold for men over 65, and red for women.
- The team will choose their best shot and play the next shot from the chosen ball.
- This will continue until the hole is finished, and the team will record one score.
- Each hole will be played in this manner.
Closest to the Pin and Long Drive Contest:
- A Pro Shop gift certificate will be awarded to the Closest to the Pin shots and Long Drive shots.
- Closest to the Pin on Hole #9 and Hole #15 must be on the green.
- Long Drive shot on Hole #8 and Hole #17 must be on the fairway.
Skins:
Participation in the Skins game is optional.
If you would like to participate in the Skins game, the cost is $80 per team. The payout will be divided by the number of skins won and paid to the teams that won them. Skins must be a birdie or better on that specific hole. We will accept cash only for the Skins game.
Raffle:
$5 per ticket, or 5 for $20 to play, with many exciting prizes. We will accept cash only for raffle tickets.
Silent Auction:
The Silent Auction will open at 10:00 a.m. and close at exactly 6:00 p.m. No bids will be accepted after the auction is closed.
Overall Prizes to the winning teams:
First Place: Each member of the first-place winning team will receive Eaglebrook Wine and Shop Credit at the Crumpin Fox Pro Shop.
Second Place: Shop Credit at the Crumpin FoxPro Shop.
A buffet dinner will follow the day, with the winners announced then.
