Golf Outing Information

We look forward to seeing you at the 2nd Annual Eaglebrook Golf Outing sponsored by the Van Epps Family on Monday, August 26 at the Crumpin-Fox Club in Bernardston, MA.

Schedule:

10:00 a.m. Registration Begins

10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Silent Auction

11:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m. Lunch

12:30 p.m. Shotgun Start

Format: Scramble

5:30 p.m. Dinner

6:00 p.m. Announcements from AJ Bourdon, Varsity Golf Coach

6:10 p.m. Words from our outing sponsor The Van Epps Family

Rules:

Each player will hit a shot from the tee—blues for men, gold for men over 65, and red for women.

The team will choose their best shot and play the next shot from the chosen ball.

This will continue until the hole is finished, and the team will record one score.

Each hole will be played in this manner.

Closest to the Pin and Long Drive Contest:

A $100 Pro Shop gift certificate will be awarded to the Closest to the Pin shots and Long Drive shots.

Closest to the Pin on Hole #9 and Hole #15 must be on the green.

Long Drive shot on Hole #8 and Hole #17 must be on the fairway.

Skins:

Participation in the Skins game is optional. If you are interested, please bring cash. See the details below.

If you would like to participate in the Skins game, the cost is $20 per individual. The payout will be divided by the number of skins that won and paid to the teams who won them. Skins must be a birdie or better on that specific hole. The winnings will be divided if multiple teams earn a birdie or better on the same hole.

Raffle:

$25, or $100 for 5 to play the Raffle with many exciting prizes including either one free foursome to Crumpin Fox or one free foursome to Fox Hopyard.

Silent Auction:

The Silent Auction will open at 10:00 a.m. and close at exactly 6:00 p.m. Items up for auction include Scotty Cameron Club, Thomas & Thomas Custom Fly Rod, and Whistlepig Rye Whiskey and Maple Syrup Set.

Overall Prizes to the winning teams:
First Place: Each member of the first-place winning team will receive Eaglebrook Wine and Shop Credit at the Crumpin Fox Pro Shop.

Second Place: Shop Credit at the Crumpin FoxPro Shop.

A buffet dinner will follow the day, with the winners announced then.
