Junior Varsity hockey vs. Springfield Jr. Thunderbirds

On Friday night the JV hockey team hosted a formidable opponent in the Springfield Jr. Thunderbirds U14 elite team. The game started out slowly for the Eagles and Springfield quickly built up a lead. The home team rebounded in the second period with goals by Cam Haskin and Brady Chase, but it wasn’t enough to take down their strong opponent. In the end the Eagles didn’t have the firepower and the final was 2-8. They are back in action tomorrow against the Connecticut Game Changers in South Windsor Connecticut.
